Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Crushcheck. You accept them when you create an account or fill in a quiz, so please read them carefully.
01The provider
Crushcheck is operated by Varga György Márk, a private individual. Contact: gyurmatag@gmail.com. Further details are in the imprint.
02The service
With Crushcheck you can build a quiz, send it via a link, see the responses and give your pick an approval card. The service is currently free. We keep improving it, so features may change or be removed, and we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
03Who can use it?
Only people aged 18 or over may create an account or fill in a quiz; you must confirm this when you sign up or start a quiz. If it turns out you're under 18, we'll delete your account or response.
04Your content
Whoever uploads quizzes, answers, photos and messages is responsible for them. Only upload photos of yourself or photos you have everyone's permission to share.
You keep the rights to your content. To run the service (storing it, showing it to the recipient, sharing the card) you give us a non-exclusive, free licence that ends when the content is deleted.
05What's not allowed?
Posting illegal, harassing, threatening, hateful or pornographic content. We report sexual content involving minors to the authorities.
Impersonating others, or publishing someone else's personal data (such as their address or phone number) without permission.
Using the AI features to create content that humiliates or harasses others.
Sending spam, overloading the service with automated traffic, or circumventing its protections.
Passing the private link for friends on to strangers, or saving, forwarding or publishing applicants' answers, photos or voice notes.
06AI features
AI-generated questions and reviews are created automatically, can be wrong, and are not advice. The AI doesn't decide anything: the quiz owner always makes the approval decision.
07Reporting and moderation
Anyone can report illegal content or content that breaks these terms with the “Report” button on the quiz or card page, or at gyurmatag@gmail.com. We review reports and, where needed, remove the content or suspend the account.
Where we can reach them, we tell the affected user about the decision and the reason for it, and they can appeal at gyurmatag@gmail.com.
08Liability
The service is provided “as is”, and we don't guarantee that quizzes lead to a date or a relationship. We're not responsible for dealings between users.
We exclude our liability to the fullest extent permitted by law; this doesn't affect liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or for harm to life, physical integrity or health.
09Termination
You can delete your account in Settings at any time. If the terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, we may suspend or delete the account.
10Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; for material changes we'll ask you to accept them again the next time you sign in. These terms are governed by Hungarian law; this doesn't affect mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
